***** JANUARY 3rd - SCHEDULE MODIFICATION **************

Dear cross country skiing enthusiasts,

On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to invite you to attend the 3^rd stage of the Haywood NorAm including the Teck Sprints to be held January 2 to 5, 2010, at the Valcartier Myriam-Bédard Centre, located close to Quebec City. This event will also host the 1^st stage of the Coupe Québec.

The competition is organized by the Club Nordique Mont-Ste-Anne and the Commission nordique Skibec. More than 400 Canadian and American competitors are expected, many Canadian national team members among them. These races will certainly be very exciting as they will determine the selected athletes for the 2010 Junior and U-23 World Championships to be held in Germany, at the end of January. Paranordic races (stand and sit ski) will be held on January the 3^rd. Registration is now open at www.zone4.ca . Till December the 26^th.
